Sports Camp is slightly managed Chaos!
During the summer months, our YFC chapter hosts Sports Camp. It’s not really about Sports. It’s about older kids hanging out with younger kids and playing. We work on listening skills and share gospel stories. It’s kind of like Vacation Bible School, but we meet one day a week for most of June and July. Over the years, Sports camps have taken place up and down our valley. Most consistently, we gather at Apple Tree Park in New Castle, and Cottonwood Springs in Rifle (hosted primarily by the Igelesia Cristo La Roca in New Castle).
